Jade is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. She completed her Bachelor of Science majoring in Health and Exercise Physiology in the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. She then moved up to Edmonton to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in the Faculty of Rehabilitation at the University of Alberta. Being a true Calgarian, she moved back to continue to her passion of helping patients.
Jade enjoys working with everyone from 1 to 99 years young, weekend warriors to elite athletes. She takes enormous pride getting patients back to work or to sport by understanding the cause of the injury and creating an individualized treatment plan. She has pursued additional training in acupuncture, dry needling, spinal and peripheral joint manipulations, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), concussion and vestibular assessment and treatment, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and kinesiotaping.
In her spare time, you can find Jade in the gym, playing ball hockey, on the golf course or most recently playing with her two daughters and dog.
When working in Edmonton, she was voted 2019 Best Physiotherapist in YEG fitness.
